Meet our Founder
Centered Wellness Collective was founded by Charlotte Jarvis, LMHC, a trauma therapist and EMDR clinician specializing in the healing of domestic violence, sexual abuse, childhood trauma, and complex trauma. With over a decade of experience supporting survivors, Charlotte created Centered to provide the kind of care she believes every person deserves — therapy that is compassionate, trauma-informed, and rooted in safety, empowerment, and connection. Centered was built on the belief that healing happens when people feel truly seen and supported. Our team is committed to walking alongside clients as they process their experiences, reconnect with themselves, and create lives beyond survival.

Transforming Trauma Care Through Specialized, Survivor-Centered Therapy
At Centered Wellness Collective, our mission is to provide specialized, trauma-informed mental health care for individuals healing from domestic violence, sexual abuse, complex trauma, and life experiences that continue to impact their sense of safety, connection, and well-being. We believe trauma treatment should be both clinically effective and deeply informed by the realities survivors face. Our approach combines evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, with an understanding of trauma, relationships, and the systems that shape recovery. Through therapy, education, and professional consultation, we are committed to expanding access to high-quality trauma care and supporting both individuals and clinicians in creating meaningful change. Centered Wellness Collective exists to help people move beyond survival — toward healing, resilience, and a life defined by their own values and goals.
